
Bistecca is one of the most famous dishes of Tuscan cuisine, which is highly praised all over the world. Steak should be at least two centimetre thick and weigh 600 g but some of them weigh even up to 2,5 kg.

The name Bistecca Bistro indicates that our menu is mainly meat-oriented. We offer a wide variety of juicy meat served in different combinations. Our guests can enjoy beef steaks in Jack Daniels sauce, double-bone pork chops and various kinds of meat grilled over hot stones by our guests.
Bistecca - a T-bone steak is our speciality. Bistecca is a steak of beef cut from the short loin and including a T-shaped bone with meat on each side: the larger is a strip steak (club steak) and the smaller a tenderloin steak. Bistecca is served by our Chef at the table.
Great lovers of fish and pasta also have an interesting variety to choose from. Halibut in saffron sauce melts in the mouth and Gorgonzola is certain to delight the enthusiasts of blue cheese.
The hit dish is Prosciutto with Bufala mozzarella, which will let you have a new look at this well-known cheese.
Our restaurant is air-conditioned for our diners' comfort. We offer free access to the Internet WI-FI and our guests can make use of a film projector and screen. For children we have a colourful play area. In summertime our guests can enjoy their meals in open air in a sunny and cosy garden.
